Cobra digital radio walkie talkies Condition - Im not sure whether the handsets have been used or not due to the sticker still present on the screen but they do have some general wear and tear marks on them, I could be wrong but I'm assuming there is a connection problem as demonstrated in the video - when connecting the handsets to the charger it doesn't connect or charge it does register some sort of connection as the red LED light does come on when wiggling around the walkie talkies but there isn't a consistent connected charge, I'm not sure whether this is a issue with the handsets or a loose connection problem with the charger, so being sold as spares / repairs / untested.
